Service

Tradii.online provides AI-generated website creation, preview, editing, and hosting for £12.99 per site per month. Each subscription covers one published website at a tradii.online subdomain, with optional custom domain connection.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide and for ensuring your published site complies with applicable law. AI-generated copy is a starting point — you should review it before publishing.

Bookings & forms

Tradii provides built-in booking forms, contact/enquiry forms, and links to external schedulers (Calendly, Cal.com). You are the data controller for visitor submissions; we store them so you can manage leads in your dashboard.

Find Trades directory

Published sites may appear in our public directory when listing is enabled. You can opt out in site setup.

Acceptable use

You must not publish illegal content, impersonate others, spam, or abuse booking forms. We may suspend or remove sites that violate these terms.

Branding

Published sites include a "Designed by tradii.online" footer on the base plan.

Custom domains

You are responsible for configuring DNS at your registrar. Tradii provides instructions so your domain serves your site directly. Domain propagation is outside our control.

Unpublish & deletion

You may unpublish a site from Settings to take it offline while keeping your account. Deleting a site permanently removes it, cancels its subscription, and deletes associated uploads. Cancel via the billing portal if you only wish to stop payment.

Cancellation

Cancel subscriptions via the Stripe billing portal. On cancellation, sites are unpublished. Data may be retained for up to 30 days unless you delete the site or account sooner.
