Tradii.online ("we", "Tradii") provides AI-assisted website building, hosting, and lead capture for UK trade businesses. This policy explains how we process personal data under UK GDPR.

Data we collect

Account: email, name, authentication identifiers (Firebase Auth)
Site content: business details, services, images, contact information, location data you enter
Billing: payment handled by Stripe; we store subscription and customer IDs, not card numbers
Visitor submissions: names, phone numbers, emails, and messages submitted via booking or contact forms on published sites
Directory search: postcodes or towns customers enter on Find Trades; geocoding via postcodes.io and optionally Google Places
Usage: basic analytics on published sites (page views) to help site owners understand traffic

How we use data

Generate and host websites using Google Gemini AI based on information you provide
Publish sites at tradii.online subdomains and optional custom domains
Process subscriptions and send booking/enquiry notifications by email
List published businesses in the Find Trades directory when enabled
Protect forms with Cloudflare Turnstile where configured
Improve and secure the platform

Third-party processors

We use Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (Maps, Places, Gemini AI), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and postcodes.io (UK geocoding). Each processes data under their own terms and our instructions where applicable.

Retention & deletion

You can unpublish or delete individual sites from Settings. Deleting a site cancels its subscription and removes associated media. Account holders can export data or delete their entire account from the dashboard. We may retain billing records as required by law.

Your rights

Access, export, rectify, or delete your data from the builder dashboard, or contact us. You may object to directory listing by disabling it in site setup.
